I won't encourage you to stop it once and for all. Most people tend to stop it and they can’t resist the foods when they see other people having a good time eating those foods that force their mind to quit all the dieting and lead them to their unhealthy lifestyle again. After all, it is made with the intention to addict people to eat more. Buying processed foods can lead to people eating more than the recommended amounts of sugar, salt, and fat as they may not be aware of how much has been added to the food they are buying and eating. These foods can also be higher in calories due to the high amounts of added sugar or fat in them.

Some more tips that will help you lose weight fast.
Cut down on all forms of sugar, especially from your coffee and tea. Avoid snacking. Consume more high protein foods in your breakfast. Drink a glass of water at least half an hour before your meal and another glass between your meals to control your hunger and avoid overeating. Chew your food properly to help your body digest them easily and improve metabolism.
Reducing weight does not mean you can never have a cheat day.
